Currently it is only possible to pass freely between Myanmar and Thailand. You can also travel overland to India and China via Myanmar (and vice versa), but a permit for this must be obtained well in advance of travel. In the near future it is likely we will see border crossings in and out of Bangladesh and Laos open, but at present, travel is not permitted.
